Tuskegee is the city in Alabama where Lionel Richie grew up, and his first musical influences came from the area, which has a rich history in gospel, R&B and country. Richie explores these influences on his new album, Tuskegee, recording his greatest hits with some of country's biggest musical names.
Richie is joined by renowned artists such as Shania Twain, Willie Nelson and Jimmy Buffett, as well as the pick of today's contemporary music scene in Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts and Jennifer Nettles (Sugarland).
Tuskegee is Richie's first ever duets album, a milestone in a career that's seen album sales of more than 100 million, five Grammys and an Academy Award for Best Original Song.
