Daddy Who? Daddy Cool! contains slices of doo-wop, 50s rock-n-roll and R&B inspired pop perfection.
The book The 100 Best Australian Albums placed Daddy Who? Daddy Cool! at number 14 on their list. As the authors noted, "Whether it was the showmanship, the costumes, the ironic detachment or the interest in roots music – these themes surfaced throughout the 1970s and were all traceable to Daddy Cool."
In addition to the remastered original tracks, it comes with four bonus tracks. The artwork comes with all of the images from the original LP cover along with new liner notes by Ross Wilson.
